Anthony is a global-vagabond, extroverted, Mr. Talks-a-lot. He is devoted to his beloved Dachshunds, Forest and Sunshine, and even more so to his adorable wife. As a former collegiate Rugby player and an active competitive grappler, sports have provided him a deep sense of meaning and purpose. Frequently mustachioed, often a man of many looks, his gregarious and inexorable personality is complemented with formal education in Supply Chain Management. Anthony has mastered the art of being shameless and this has shaped his charismatic complexion and over usage of a thesaurus.

Bob is a lifelong athlete, who is married to the love of his life (for the record, she's WAY out of his league), has three amazing kids, and is a 3rd degree black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. As the FIT 'Team Dad' Bob believes that it's crucially important to get kids up off the couch and out moving! He believes that sports teach us how to win, how to lose, and how hard work can help you achieve goals. It's no surprise that Bob's passion for family and fitness are the driving forces behind his desire to make sports safer without altering the sports themselves.

Not much is known about Chris’s early days as he was raised by a herd of Moose in the wilderness of Eastern Canada. This had a surprising impact as Chris did not learn to become more like a moose, but rather there is now a herd of Moose in Newfoundland that ice skate, play the guitar, and produce killer electronic designs. Chris is an avid snowmobiler, or rather he wants to be, as he spends more time repairing his snowmobile in the garage than actually riding it. When he’s not busy making the FITGuard, the most comfortable and dynamic mouthguard in the world, Chris plays hockey and provides his wife, son, and daughter with guitar solos in his basement to prove that 80s rock is still alive and well.

Susie received her degrees in Exercise Science and Physical Therapy from Wichita State University and she has been named a board-certified clinical specialist in orthopaedic physical therapy by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties. Susie is a former gymnast and All-American Cheerleader, but her favorite sports are those that she can play with her kids. Earning the title of Team Mom is her biggest accomplishment and the driving force behind her passion for making competition safer for all kids.

Graduating from Arizona State University with her doctorate in Biomedical Engineering, Victoria is competitive but loves to just be active. She has played many sports (at various levels of competency) from soccer to tennis to fencing, just to have fun and challenge herself. Her previous research was focused on the application of nonlinear dynamics to gait and balance. Victoria’s love of sports and expertise in biomechanics makes her passionate about FIT and their goal of making sports safer for everyone at all ages and levels of play

Matthew is a graduate of the University of Alberta in Edmonton. He enjoys staying active, enjoying curling, jogging, hiking, camping, and softball. He enjoys how these activities both allow him to improve himself and spend time with friends. He also enjoys staying active in the virtual world, particularly being very bad at Overwatch but trying his hardest nonetheless. Matthew's background is in electronic design, working previously in the pulp & paper, telecom, and aerospace industries. He hopes his diverse background will help him make amazing, thoughtful, high quality, and high functionality products with FIT. The kind of products that blow your mind with their ability to just get the job done.

Captain Compliance, they called her, a debutant of morality. Also known as La Patrona to those who break the rules, she will swing the hammer of justice swiftly and smite the foes of nonconformity. Lianna sets the course of the cruise ship and aligns FIT down the ethical pathway to profitability. A wrangler of cats, she must untangle many of the messes caused and exasperated by FIT's founding fathers.
Director of Operations
Gus graduated with his doctorate from Harvard University, bachelor's from Northwestern University, and most recently completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Stanford University, but by far his proudest accomplishment has been winning an intramural sport championship at each of these institutions. Gus is an avid sports fan from Chicago, and you can find him on most Sundays rooting for the Bears against all odds. He is passionate about translational research with cutting edge technologies applied to biomechanics, especially in the context of sports and brain injury.
